Replacement Hardware & Miscellaneous Accessories
String Swing hangers are built to withstand years of racking instruments. But whether you’re looking for a different-shaped cradle for a new instrument, or your yoke has been damaged over time, there might come a point where you want a replacement. No worries: we have any size yoke you could want for your display. Simply check your current cradle or measure your instrument’s neck to choose the right one. In addition to cradles, we also offer replacement hardware. Each of our display products come with the mounting and assembly hardware you need for installation, but in case your screws and fasteners become lost, we carry backup packets for wooden and metal displays.
Outfitting Your Room with Music Studio Accessories
Your instruments are the focal point of your room, but what about your other miscellaneous accessories? It’s easy for a space to become cluttered without organization. String Swing makes sure you have a place for everything while you’re filling your cool music studio with accessories. With our stand attachments, you can keep a drink on hand or use our iPad/Tablet holder to hold your tablet or sheet music. If you’re a percussionist, try this drumstick holder for easy access. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $50. If the order total is less than $50, regular shipping charges apply.
ree shipping applies to retail sales only, and does not include distributor or dealer sales, nor does it apply to additional handling charges for oversized boxes. All online orders are shipped via USPS Mail or UPS Ground service, unless otherwise specified.
What is your return policy?
We are dedicated to creating instrument displays that are versatile, durable, and of the highest quality available. If you would like to return a display fixture for non-warranty reasons and be issued a refund, follow the instructions on our Returns page.
Non-warranty related shipping costs come at the customer’s expense. We will inspect the product for damage once we have received it. If the fixture is not returned in new, sellable condition, there will be a 10-20% restocking fee deducted from the item’s refund. When a refund amount is determined, allow for a few days for funds to transfer.
How much weight can your slatwall hold?
Our slatwall can hold 50 lbs per wall stud that it’s attached to. No more than 3 guitars on a 2 foot rail.
Do hardware kits come with your mounts or are they sold separately?
Each fixture comes complete with all of the necessary hardware to mount your display. However, we do sell individual hardware kits as well if you’re in need of a replacement.
What is your lifetime warranty?
Your display unit is warrantied against defects in workmanship and materials for a lifetime, provided the following:
- The unit is purchased from an authorized dealer or directly from the manufacturer.
- The unit is used for what its name implies it should be used for.
- The unit has not been altered in any way, or damaged through user error or mishandling.
- The unit is properly installed as stated in the provided installation instructions (the warranty is provided only to the original purchaser).
